A few updates were made that made this function not work.
fire_forward used to return 2 objects and now returns 3. Updated that.
when settings.READ_LOCATION == 'local', it should not copy VIIRS monthly files to the s3 bucket. added an if statement.
Also, I previously wrote 2 functions in the FireRun module in order to loop through a gdf with multiple fires. I don't want to do that anymore. Removed the loop and the extra function.
