Test user log in fails in the cosmo branch #6

Cannot log in to the test user, while frontend functions that are supposed to be user-only are intact.

This is likely due to the underlying issue EarthCubeGeochron/Sparrow#40, which requires a backend fix. There's a workaround in that issue chain. Does this seem right?

Yes I can do it within the Sparrow folder, and it works fine.
