Update tutorials

Updates the tutorials for the next resen-core release. This primarily involved 2 modifications:

• Add sections to GeospacePackagesInResen.ipynb for the new packages that have been installed
• Corrected sections of GeospacePackagesInResen.ipynb that previously did not work on the server because they attempted to save files in read-only locations. Now, all examples that require saving files are saved in /home/jovyan/work.
