core list file uses improper JSON syntax

The file cores.json includes some improper JSON syntax and can't be read in using python's json library.

must use double quotes throughout (" instead of ')
no comma after final entry This will probably be a hot fix so the file can be downloaded and used as a correct reference by the resen tool.

Corrected with commit 285549d95d6ae5f3f2c959fc7ece202ac95556ba
