Andorra data is incorrect #17

Looking at the allocation chart for Andorra it does not look right. The first indicator is that the first allocation is showing as "METEOROLOGICAL AIDS", when it should be "radionavigation".

Also, we should be ensuring the following information is added:

data source
year the data is from

The EU data seems to have the same layout, but the following document suggests what we have in the project is wrong for the EU too:
