This is probably caused by the servers tps not being 20, causing the server to think the player is still on ender pearl cooldown and preventing the throw

@Warriorrrr You misunderstood I'm pretty sure. my client lets me throw the pearl, but the server doesnt, since Im still on cooldown. the client-side cooldown only works first-time, not every time

Describe the bug
Upon using an enderpearl, the visual cooldown is indeed 16, so you cant use one more, however when time passes and you use another pearl, the visual cooldown is vanilla. This brings up 2 issues:
