In order to get tooltips to work in this version i had to add a custom tooltip overhaul. I dont see how to do this in a better / cleaner way. you can play around with it and hopefully you will find a solution. This "works" but can lagg if you mouse over functions a lot.
Made some custom changes to spells to make them stand out... this was mostly to play around with things and can be removed if see fit. Run a test and see how you feel about it.
Can be some issues with spells if there is tenacity in game (if there is something that messes with debuff duration...)
