This original purpose of this branch was to be able to build a distrobution using autotools 'make dist', but further it grow to cover the tasks of building and installing evalresp from the export distribution using
make -f Makefile.unix
make -f Makefile.unix install
I also modified INSTALL.unix README and test/fortran/run.sh to accommodate new building schema
