Overzealous .gitignore entries prevent updates and downstream use #78

The included .gitignore file includes Makefile, among many others, that prevent updates. Notably, to the project's own, static Makefile. This also keeps the file from being commit'ed in other projects that use evalresp as an embedded dependency.
