Are there newer versions of these utilities? slink2dali 0.7 and dali2dali 0.1 seem to be latest available. Is it possible to have them on github or to embed them in the ringserver distribution?

Those are the most recent versions. Eventually the will be in GitHub in their own repositories, not in the ringserver repo.
