The ROVER documentation here: https://iris-edu.github.io/rover/ contains a header with shifted IRIS logo and mixed text, logo with NSF, as show in attachment. Probably errant text.

This needs to be fixed in https://github.com/iris-edu-int/theme_ghpages. This bug is associated with adding button "View Documentation Home Page". The button likely needs to be moved out of the header.
