Deal with new type of spam accounts #1237

I deleted over a hundred spam accounts from NOAA. These accounts all used a different user name and email but put bad links into the web url boxes and bad text in the research interest boxes.

They were created by a human, so captcha is not preventing them.

The group agreed on the 2/16/16 cog call to hide the web urls from profile and to ensure that the research interest box does not make urls into links.

urls in interest statements turn into links. These will have to be removed.

removed web url from both the profile form and the profile display. removed urls to links in text box.

Can only test this locally. works there. I asked luca to test this on his machine too.
