Return user to start project when cancelling out of ESGF-groups #1268

When you cancel out of the ESGF-groups template, the cancel button takes you to the main cog page instead of the project the user started from.

Actually, the template is outside the project context, but is listed under Project Admins in the left nav bar. The thing to do may be to move it down.
