Data Cart display bug when user is not federated #1333

In the screenshot attached the information displayed confuses somehow. There's one item in the data cart and the message of an empty data cart at the same time.

This happens when a user has never logged into any other sites, so he/she has no other data carts. I am going to simply remove any message in that case, which will fix the inconsistency.
