Enable sub-selection by file name #1357

Users find it difficult to sub-select by filename. The datacart has a sub-selection widget to do so, which should also be presented in the main search page.

Now the same functionality is available from the main search page. Tested with 'Show Files', whet script generation, and Globus download.
