Dean: users find it confusing that the 'Globus' hyperlink shows up at both the dataset and file level. Phil: in general, the UI should explain better which operations apply to the full dataset and which to a single file.

Now the UI specifies 'Full Dataset Services' and 'Single File Access' when displaying search results (both in the main search page, and in the data cart page).
