Add Compute link #1388

Adds a link to the records being displayed in search results and the datacart. Also adds a link to the top of the datacart.

Settings:

WPS_ENDPOINT: A string containing the entrypoint URL of the compute node e.g. https://aims2.llnl.gov/wps/home/configure
WPS_FIELDS: A string with comma separated values of search field names to be included in the generated link e.g. "index_node,time_frequency"
WPS_DATACART: A boolean toggling the global link in the datacart.
