use_as_control_standard setting not passed on to piccr #47

For using Cpt.-Picarr together with piccr, the setting of the quality control standard - i.e., the 'Use as control standard' column from the processing template table - does not seem to be exported and passed on to piccr, since it is not written to the output data frame in function getOptionsAndTrueValuesForStandards(). Is this wanted or a bug (or did I overlook anything)?

This is not a bug. At the moment piccr does not care which standard is the control standard. Therefore it is not being passed to piccr. I guess we are going to update piccr so that it does use this information. Then we will also need to update cpt-picarr.
