Originating from the original piccr version, the quality control output in the stand-alone version is a rather clumsy text file wich is tricky to analyse quickly.
For a better usage of the stand-alone version, we should adapt the amount of quality control information to the new output format of piccr, and make the output more human readable and easier to analyse subsequently in R or other programmes.
