This PR introduces changes for an overall improvement of the piccr source with minimal changes to the actual code base.
Updates include:
complete and comprehensive documentation of all package functions;
reduced package run time messages; however:
printing of package version information when using piccr (more specifically, when calling processData());
improved code structure at certain places and by a small restructuring of some source files;
increased test code coverage;
improved documentation of the configuration file and the package description;
change of travis ci check from simple R CMD check to R CMD build with subsequent R CMD check of the produced tar file - this is the proper way of doing it and also prevents spurious notes and warnings;
proper referencing of functions from the base R packages stats and utils using the :: syntax;
preserving the data set names in the output from processData();
disk output from processFiles() now optional; invisible return value of the function to prevent flooding of the R terminal during interactive usage;
