Chinese translate fix #156

Erm, why? There are UTF-8 characters that should work. I am loading the resources bundles as UTF-8 using this resource bundle control. The problem is your font.

Edit: I read your comment on the issue, this is weird and needs looking into further. I want to keep the files in UTF-8 so the solution is fixing the code not the file.

I found it worked well in linux
But it worked badly in windows (i mean translate)

I would have preferred if this PR stayed open to be honest, in case we can't find a better fix.
