Enchantment Cracker doesn't work with 1.18

Me and some friends are playing on an aternos free 1.18 server. I don't know how to put the mod in the server folder so i tried it with just the old .bat interface for 1.16-1.18. I used it on 1.15 and it worked perfectly but i tried it multiple times and it never worked on the 1.18 server. I only walked (didn't sprint), placed torches and picked torches up nothing else. Why doesn't it work anymore can someone help me pls? :)

It works perfectly for me on a Fabric 1.18 server. Only issues I've had with it are with enchanted books sometimes or maybe I was just doing it wrong. Only issue I see from your side is human error or you're playing on a Paper server.

Enchantment cracker will work on:

Vanilla servers Fabric servers with mods that don't affect RNG Spigot servers with plugins that don't affect RNG Won't work on Paper servers at all Don't know about Purpur servers sadly... Might work on Forge

Clientcommands is actually a client sided mod which you only need to install on your PC Not required on the server

Would recommend installing the mod version. It'll inform you if you perform one of the banned actions Its available for 1.18!!

Ok thanks a lot. I tried it on Singleplayer too and it didn't work for me but i think i know the issue. Do you need to drop the items with right-click out of the inventory? And do you need to throw them each alone or can you just hold down left-click? (I did it with Q)

And the mod: You need fabric and then do a mods folder in .minecraft then put Fabric-API and EnchCracker in the mods folder, is that correct? And how do you activate the mod in minecraft?

you need to use right-click(one by one) and it should work if you have no issues with finding player seed

/cenchant Clientcommands will automatically find the player seed when clicking the message that shows up in chat. If a message in yellow saying that the server is modded shows up in chat then 99/100 times it will not work when attempting to crack an enchantment table since mods tend to accidentally break how clientcommands finds enchantment seeds. The same thing also applies to singleplayer.

I tested on my 1.18.2 purpur server, and it didn't work at all

Some client-side mods can also cause clientcommands to break, such as the mod "Easier Villager Trading" which is a client-side mod, meaning it does not need to be on the server in order for it to function correctly.
