`/cping` doesn't work on some servers

I downloaded https://github.com/Earthcomputer/clientcommands/releases/tag/v2.6.6 from Github.

Are you on a localhost server? Usually it would be 0ms for your ping if so.

No, this wasn't on localhost. This issue is like, ancient and if people can't reproduce it anymore I'd be more than happy to close.

Some servers don't properly update you with your ping. As a fallback we could detect the ping ourselves like we do with cfish
