Deploy routing demo to GreenInfo server #12

[x] deploy demo to our server so we can access on web. /eastcoastgreenway/routing-demo makes sense to me
[x] once the demo gets integrated into the app, then delete that folder

This was done some 3 weeks back for a meeting and demo.

@danrademacher Is this still required? I hear that the site is coming online on its permanent hosting home?

Hey @gregallensworth there is a checkbox list item above this issue that says "once the demo gets integrated into the app, then delete that folder". I've integrated the your routing code into the app so I assume that means it's safe to remove from the GIN server and close this issue.

The temporary demo, is now gone.
