Remove View North / View South buttons #50

It's looking like we're not going to be able to get these working. Let's remove from the UI for now.

@danrademacher assume we'd also remove the text above the buttons that says "Search End Point or:" as it would but redundant with the text input also displaying a similar text "Search an End Point".

Yes, good point. Remove that whole block.
