Ability to zoom map when Locate Me enabled #64

Appears mobile that it restricts ability to zoom in and out when using location tracking. Is it possible to allow the user control over zoom level?

Sure, will change this behavior in the location control options.

The location control should now set the map to your current location only once, immediately after toggling it on. From then on you should be free to zoom and pan the map. Let me know if this isn't the case for you @nilesbarnes

@nilesbarnes the change I previously implemented would have prevented the app from keeping the map centered on your current location. This latest change should allow you to change the zoom level, but when your position updates it should only re-center the map and not change the zoom.

Please let me know if that isn't the case for you.

@clhenrick Confirming that this is working. Zooming works well when location tracking is enabled and re-centers the map when moving
