Add Birthdays to EPSchedule #594

Birthdays are in Four11, please show it somewhere (preferably on the student profile and also as an announcement)

This might have some issues to do with privacy and security, since some people may set passwords to birthdates

Currently birthday is an attribute of student, but every student is displayed as having 3/14 as their birthday.

@JonBriggs said that we'd have to make it opt-in to deal with the security concern, which I think is fine. For now he made it so that the birthday code in four11 returns 3/14 for everyone.
