Archive Old Projects #753

Archive means -

Removing Projects from Database for better speed. Saving data in json format / month wise

Archiving Old Projects based on-

If Accounting no Entry for exists for last 1 year

  1. Archive Projects which are Finished and Createdate is past 1 year

else

  1. Archive Projects which are Finished and Createdate is past 1 year and Project is Billed and Settled

  2. Archive Projects which are Finished and Createdate is past 3 Assessment year ie. if Today is 7th Dec,2019 and Company Setting says 1st Apr is New Year, then Archive Project which are Created before 1st Apr, 2016.
