Need setting to restrict user from finishing projects with empty custom fields. #785

Describe the bug Need new setting on Settings page, to restrict user from finishing project when there any custom field is empty.

I thing Finish means Complete Status Here

If any status change action comes to automation in future , this setting will be ignored by automation.

Problem : Multiple Status Change Process will take much longer time

New Setting in Project

"Force Project Custom Fields"

  1. Right now only Project and Project-Service types of custom fields are mandatory, And rest is optional.
  2. On Completed stage allows user to change custom fields and then user can move it to finished/review stage. @vinpahilwani @mitulpanch
