Some coarse implementation tasks:

[x] Initialization steps.
[x] Creating a new key.
[x] Sign and verify.
[x] Encrypt and decrypt.
[x] Settings.
[x] Key management.
[x] Contact management.

Most of Contact management and creating a new key is done. Contact management has #86 remaining. Will create a PR tomorrow after completing and testing #86 .
