gui key generation (initialization) commands #87

In case of no key found egpg displays

No valid key found.

Try first:  egpg key gen
       or:  egpg key fetch
       or:  egpg key restore
       or:  egpg key recover

The gui should offer the support of the parallel commands for key generation
