Description

Java port of https://github.com/EasyPost/easypost-csharp/pull/424

Testing

Adds unit tests to ensure that parameters are being captured from parameter dictionary and stored in the XCollection objects
Adds unit tests to ensure that parameters are being extracted from XCollection objects and reused in getNextPage parameter construction
- Apologies for the hacky extended classes needed to test a protected function from a different namespace
