Implement map event management

This PR does the following changes:

• Implement saving of map event additions and deletions
• Handling of map event additions and deletions by the undo stack
• Implement copying of map events
• Implement cutting of map events
• Implement pasting of map events

The dependencies have been removed from this PR now.
