Maniac: Key Input Processing EX - the keys Shift, Ctrl and Alt are not detected #3098

Player platform:

Windows, 64 bits continuous build of the Player.

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

When using the command Control Key Input Processing EX with the default settings (track the keyboard) from the Maniac patch, they keys Shift, Ctrl and Alt will always be set to 0 (not pressed) even when using them.
