Update Android SDL project #3200

Untested, waiting for jenkins.

Actual changes are only minimal (HID code), but I resolved some workarounds differently to keep the diff smaller in the future.

Looks like we need a namespace tag nowadays: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/blob/SDL2/android-project/app/build.gradle#L12 Will amend later. Also note to self, can remove the surface java from git attributes.

Edit: App works now. App starts for me, but complains about different sdl version when launching game. But I count this as success.
