If a thing is free but it has a proprietary license,it is called a freeware. So it needs more clarification.

In the open source community "non-free" is the established term for everything that cannot be redistributed because of restrictions. It doesn't matter if it is freeware or not. No further clarification needed here

Also you added a typo to the text.

Typos are common so why do you hate that??

I dont think mine was a spam....

you changed distribute to di0stribute, that was a bogus change in a 2 line edit.
