okay I get a build error here that is the same I already encountered on the libretro buildbot: Since a while Vitasdk hooks in there own PKG_CONFIG wrapper script which overwrites the LIBDIR we set. Good that I figured out a solution by now. Newest devkitXXX and mingw-crosscompile does the same :/

Compiled, at least I get a VPK. If it works is another topic ;)
