Please update the guide when you have time:

Visual Studio 2022 is now required (even the old libs already work with 2022 so yes you can already update it)
See the README.md for all the changes. E.g. there is no need to manually get the prebuilt libs now or use this super long CMake command.

(Note that the README.md lacks obvious things like the git command as it is targeted to developers.)

oh that already had a PR. Added one more echo to a script. is now ready.
