The following libraries shall be updated:

zlib: 1.3 → 1.3.1
pixman: 0.42.2 → 0.43.4
expat: 2.5.0 → 2.6.1
mpg123: 1.32.3 → 1.32.5
fmt: 10.1.1 → 10.2.1
inih: 57 → 58
ICU: 74-1 → 74-2
SDL2: 2.28.5 → 2.30.0
SDL2_image: 2.6.3 → 2.8.0

/usr/bin/install: cannot stat './../LICENSE': No such file or directory looks like a packaging bug?

I suggest we either wait until 74.3 in a few days or touch $ICU_DIR/LICENSE in patch section

Looks like there will not be another release in 74 branch. We can use the fixed source tarball for this version: icu4c-74_2-src-FIXED.tgz

is not urgent and xmas, so lets just wait.

The original ICU tarball has been substituted by now. I am postponing the SDL update (needs Player Android changes) and the Pixman update for now (needs meson changes in the script - working on it).
