The following libraries shall be updated:

freetype: 2.13.2 → 2.13.3
harfbuzz: 8.4.0 → 9.0.0
mpg123: 1.32.5 → 1.32.7
wildmidi: 0.4.5 → 0.4.6
opus: 1.5.1 → 1.5.2
fluidsynth: 2.3.5 → 2.3.6
fmt: 10.2.1 → 11.0.2
ICU: 74-2 → 75-1
SDL2: 2.30.1 → 2.30.6

The SDL2 change looks trivial. Would say to keep this open for a bit longer to receive more updates.

WildMidi has only build fixes for ancient platforms and... they refactored the CMakeLists... So better check if they enabled new dependencies that break our build etc. >.>

Harfbuzz 9.0.0 drops autotools, becomes Meson-only.
