We need Qt on Windows, Linux and macOS

When the Editor is published it would be good to have at least a Binary for Windows and macOS.

Windows: The typical MT/MD conflict -_- Maybe just build vcpkg twice - one with MT one with MD, then can use the precompiled Qt binaries.
macOS: No idea, are there existing dylibs? How does this work @tyrone-sudeium . Could you take a look at the CMakeLists of editor to add an AppBundle to it that also bundles all Qt libs? (so that double-click will start on any MacOS platform). Would be great than I can add a CI-build for it :+1:

Linux I consider unlikely and complecated, too much fragmentation. (would need FlatPak or whatever. Better only give a good instruction how to build from source. Also hope that we are packaged :)

oh macOS is actually trivial. There is a "macqtdeploy" tool. You pass the App bundle folder and voila it just works (gives a "gigantic" 100 MB bundle but who cares for now).

Lacks ICU but we don't really need ICU here because all the stuff we need is in liblcf.

vcpkg Qt is currently stuck due to an unsolved vcpkg bug:

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.

Jenkins Service can't talk to the Msi service it seems... Some process isolation problem >.>
