and fix Debian 7 SDL2_mixer build by disabling fluidsynth or something.

Disabled all external SDL2_mixer dependencies now. I kept the version number low though, so hopefully nobody gets our version offered when installing from OBS. Unfortunately OBS seems not to care when certain packages should not be distributed... :/
