When zoomed in, chart tooltips sometimes run amok.
Ex. 1: three tooltips where there should be one (potentially two, due to closeness of the lines)
Ex. 2: incorrect placement of the tooltips, being clipped at the top (mouse cursor was at the bottom of the chart)
