Describe MacOS signing/notarization steps including secrets #202

Similarly to how the Windows signing steps are described and all the relevant files/secrets included, the MacOS binary signature/notarization steps should be spelled out on Confluence. This should allow other developers to create signed binaries.

If some steps require developer-specific info tied to their AppleID, this should also be mentioned and how to obtain the relevant information.
