Export report widget is disabled #233

Description

The export report group on the Summary page is disabled when a new project is created.

Steps to Reproduce

Launch EasyDiffraction.
Click Start on the Home page.
Click Create a new project on the Project page.
Define project details.
Click Add new phase manually on the Sample page.
Click Continue without experiment data on the Experiment page.
Go to the Summary page.

Expected behavior:

The Export report group in the sidebar should be enabled to allow user to export the summary report.

Actual behavior:

The above mentioned group is disabled.

Reproduces how often:

Always.
