WebView on Linux does not work 100% of the time #237

Some Linux machines don't display the WebView components, meaning charts and structures are blank canvas in both EDA and ERA. Affects Ubuntu, Manjaro and probably other

For ubuntu this can be fixed by installing libxcb-xfixes0 package. This might be available on other systems
