Testmode runs for EDA and ERA on Windows on GH fail #244

Suddenly, testmode runs for EDA and ERA stopped running on Windows on GitHub runners. The apps work just fine when installed locally.

Mar 13 jobs ran fine Mar 17 jobs failed

Most likely something changed on the GH side.

Seems like the runners don't have the VC runtime installed... Let's see if we can do it in yml
