eD executable has no icon #58

After installation, the eD executable has no icon on either macos or windows. It looks pretty unprofessional and we need to apply it. This is a part of pyinstaller build.

This is what I see on my Windows PC: no icon in the taskbar :(

this has been fixed in both updater and in proxy_refactor, reviewed in updater and tested in both.
