Rename/refactor interfaces and calculators in EasyDiffractionLib #25

Based on https://github.com/easyScience/EasyReflectometryLib/pull/86

we should rename and refactor the interface and calculator naming in EDL.

calculator -> wrapper
interface -> calculator

the new directory structure looks a bit different as well

calculators
   <name>
       calculator
       interface
