Bug: calculated "PDF" profile containing only nans when r starts from 0 #90

When calculating a PDF profile using r values starting from 0, the output is generated without any warning even if it contains only nan. The enclosed zip folder contain a jupyter notebook and the input files to reproduce the issue. bug_report.zip
